Multi-Layer Mobile Cart Robot
The Multi-Layer Mobile Cart Robot combines a six-axis robot with a multi-layer material storage system in an integrated workstation. It is designed for automated workpiece loading, unloading and transfer in machine tending applications.
The workstation is equipped with an RB08Q1-940 robot featuring a maximum payload of 10 kg, a working radius of 940 mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.04 mm. The robot has an IP65 protection rating, while the end effector can be selected according to the actual workpiece and handling requirements.
