The JISI Collaborative Robot Welding System is designed for flexible, high-mix welding production, especially for manufacturers handling multiple workpiece types and frequent production changeovers.
With drag teaching, simplified programming, multi-layer & multi-pass welding, intermittent welding and optional seam tracking, operators can quickly set up new welding tasks while maintaining stable welding paths and consistent weld quality.
The system can be configured with different robot reach and payload, welding power sources, positioners, linear rails and seam tracking systems according to the workpiece, welding process and production requirements.
