Light-Duty Small Ground Rail Welding Robot
The Light-Duty Small Ground Rail Welding Robot combines a collaborative welding robot with a compact linear rail system, extending the robot’s working range for long workpieces and multiple welding positions.
By moving along the ground rail, the robot can cover a larger welding area without frequently repositioning the workpiece. Its compact and flexible design makes it suitable for workshops with limited floor space and for high-mix, small-to-medium batch production.
The system can be integrated with MIG/MAG welding equipment, welding positioners, fixtures, seam tracking and other optional welding functions according to the application. JISI also provides customized robotic welding solutions based on customers’ workpiece drawings, materials, dimensions and welding requirements.
