Robotic Laser Processing Workstation is an integrated automation system designed for 3D laser welding, laser cutting and metal processing applications.
The system combines a 6-axis industrial robot, fiber laser source, robotic laser processing head, servo rotary positioner and integrated robot & laser control system to provide flexible and automated laser processing.
The positioner can be configured as a 1-axis or 2-axis system according to production requirements. Positioner load capacity, workpiece fixtures and system configuration can be customized according to the workpiece.
Optional external axes can also be integrated to expand the working range and support more complex automated processing applications.
OEM / ODM customization is available according to application and production requirements.
