Robotic Laser Welding System is designed for automated laser welding applications and integrates a 6-axis industrial robot, fiber laser source, robotic laser welding head, industrial water chiller and integrated robot & laser control system.
The system supports flexible automated welding through robot programming and laser process control. Depending on the laser source, continuous and pulse welding modes are available.
Optional vision / laser positioning, seam tracking and automatic wire feeding can be configured according to different welding process requirements.
Laser power and system configuration can be customized according to application requirements. OEM / ODM services are available.
