PW-H91
PW-H91 is an automatic pipeline welding carriage designed for all-position welding of pipelines. It is widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, heating, natural gas, offshore engineering and municipal pipeline applications.
The system is available in both trackless magnetic and rail-mounted configurations. The trackless version uses magnetic adsorption to attach directly to the pipeline and automatically travels along the weld seam. Installation, operation and removal can be completed quickly and conveniently.
The rail-mounted version is mainly suitable for stainless steel pipelines or other pipes that cannot be magnetically adsorbed. Rail specifications can be customized according to welding requirements.
During operation, the workpiece remains fixed while the welding carriage moves along the pipeline to achieve all-position automatic welding. Welding parameters can be preset and fine-tuned through a wired handheld controller.
