End Frame Vertical Seam / Corrugated Seam Welding Workstation
The end frame vertical seam and corrugated seam welding workstation is designed for welding vertical seams, corrugated seams, and local connecting seams after end frames are assembled with corrugated panels.
The workstation combines a robotic welding system with a ground rail or gantry mechanism, an end frame positioning and flipping fixture, and a weld seam recognition and tracking system. The workpiece can be automatically flipped by 90 degrees to support different welding positions.
