9-Axis Cantilever Robot Welding Workstation
The 9-axis cantilever robot welding workstation consists of a 6-axis welding robot and an XYZ three-axis cantilever ground rail. The system also includes a welding power source, wire feeding system, visual scanning system, and weld seam tracking system.
It is mainly used for welding bottom frame assemblies, vertical seams on box assemblies, corrugated seams, and other critical weld joints. The cantilever ground rail extends the robot working range and provides wide coverage for long weld seams.
