Mobile Gantry Collaborative Welding Robot
The JISI Mobile Gantry Collaborative Welding Robot combines a 6-axis collaborative robot with a movable gantry system, providing extended welding coverage and flexible deployment for large and complex workpieces.
Unlike fixed robotic welding cells, the mobile gantry can be repositioned between different work areas, allowing one system to serve multiple welding stations. The gantry structure provides horizontal travel and vertical lifting, enabling the robot to reach different welding positions while reducing the need to frequently reposition large workpieces.
The system supports automated MIG/MAG welding and can be configured with arc tracking, laser seam tracking, welding positioners and customized fixtures according to specific production requirements.
